Global Training Model (four pillars)

Our company has a Global Training Model, which ensures the necessary training of all employees and is the basis of the MAPFRE Corporate University.

Under this model, which has been defined by the Training teams worldwide, training in our organization is grouped in four pillars and organized in knowledge schools:

  1. Technical Knowledge Schools (for Technical and Commercial Training).
  2. Skills, Language and Culture and Global Policies Schools (Cross-disciplinary Training).
  3. Leadership School.
  4. Professional Development School.
